OSDM (Porto) is seeking a Sales Executive with around 10 years’ experience in the B2B textile/fashion sector and a proven track record of collaborations in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial plan across key EU markets.
• Manage and expand the client portfolio (specialty retail, brands, and distributors).
• Prepare proposals, pricing and margins; negotiate through to close.
• Coordinate with product/production/logistics teams through delivery.
• Report pipeline, forecast, and KPIs in the CRM; represent OSDM at trade shows/meetings across the EU.

Requirements:

• ~5 years in B2B sales in the sector with proven results (attach 5 deals since 2022: client, category, value/volume, year).
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or French are a plus.
• Knowledge of the European ecosystem (channels, calendars, compliance).
• Strong negotiation, organization, and autonomy; willingness to travel.
• Good command of Excel/Sheets and CRM.
